In the year 1815 Monseigneur Charles-Francois-Bienvenu Myriel was Bishop of Digne. Larry McLeod turned around and went straight back to town. Milly Yuen held up a hand tentatively. You will find him at the sledge depot at the end of Langlokur Street. The door slammed behind him.

Yours reads like a funky haiku if that makes any sense.

Probably not. It's been a long day.

Book 1 – Murder on the Yellow Brick Road – Stuart Kaminsky.
Book 2 – The Betrayal of Liliuokalani – Helena Allen
Book 3 – The Lord God Made Them All – James Herriot
Book 4 – Haunted Heartland – Beth Scott/Michael Norman
Book 5 – Chesapeake – James Michnener

Someone had murdered a Munchikin. The sudden change to unduly strict discipline of the Cookes left its scars on the children to become evident in the next fifty years. I drove a few hundred yards along the road, then I stopped the car. It was said that George lived on this land in the early 1800’s,that he didn’t want to be here, but that he would not harm them. The soil they took there to be utilized in some new fashion for perhaps a thousand years, after which the waves would borrow it again, using and reusing until that predictable day when the great world-ocean would sweep in to reclaim this entire peninsula, where for a few centuries life had been so pleasant.

Too fun...
